ESC announced a new program to help fight crime in the oil patch and the entire energy sector.  The new program "Energy Crime Stoppers" went live on July 1, 2008  in partnership with Crime Stoppers programs across the state of Texas.

The hotline 888-645-TIPS will be manned by professional operators 24 hours per day, seven days per week and all tipsters calling in will remain anonymous.  Cash rewards of up to $1000 will be paid when a tip leads to an arrest and/or conviction against individual(s) responsible for theft, fraud, or other crimes committed against energy companies in Texas.
