 Payment Policy

Registration closes on April 24th, 2023.  Payment includes all scheduled meal functions, receptions, and conference materials. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail.  No refunds will be given after April 7th, 2023.

Venue/Accommodations
A special room rate of $129/night has been negotiated for conference attendees.  Hotel reservations must be made by April 25th by calling 713-978-7400 or clicking the link below to secure a room at the Energy Security Council conference rate.  Attendees are responsible for their own hotel reservations.
