For your awareness, Texas has passed legislation aimed at strengthening criminal penalties against those who damage or disrupt oil and gas facilities including pipelines.  The legislation is HB 3557 which takes effect on September 1st and is known as the “Critical Infrastructure Protection Act”.  The wording of the act is attached for your information.
